I recently had the opportunity to visit Villa Di Mare and while the lack of real privacy was certainly a downside, it was still a lovely place to stay. The constant intrusion from people peeping in and the lack of proper cleaning were certainly inconvenient. However, the overall vibe of the rustic old villa with its spectacular view, great swimming pool, and large garden made for a great family vacation. The host was also incredibly helpful and accommodating, which added to the positive experience.
Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting Villa Di Mare with a group of close friends or family members who are respectful of others' privacy and who can appreciate the rustic charm and laid-back atmosphere of the villa. While the lack of privacy may not be a huge issue for some, it could certainly be a deal-breaker for others. Additionally, having a group of people who can help keep the villa clean and tidy would also enhance the overall experience for everyone.
I would recommend Villa Di Mare for those who are looking for a relaxed and casual vacation spot with a beautiful view and great outdoor amenities. Despite the drawbacks, the positive aspects of the villa, such as the helpful host and the overall ambience, make it a worthwhile destination for those who can appreciate its unique charm.
